Vanja Lackovic

Vanja Lackovic has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. They began their career at FedEx as a Financial Assistant from September 2004 to November 2005, before transitioning to the role of Finance Manager from September 2004 to December 2008. After that, Vanja joined Ericsson in February 2012 as a Team Lead in the Systems department responsible for requirements analysis and feasibility studies. From January 2013 to May 2016, Vanja worked as a Scrum Master for a distributed Architecture Team at Ericsson, organizing scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to agile principles. Following their tenure at Ericsson, Vanja joined Workhuman in May 2016 as an Agile Coach, guiding the team on Agile values and practices, driving organizational Agile adoption, and planning Agile implementations. In May 2019, Vanja transitioned to the role of Engineering Manager, focusing on managing the engineering team. Overall, Vanja's experience encompasses finance, leadership, and Agile coaching.

Vanja Lackovic completed their Bachelor of Banking, Finance, and Trade degree at the Faculty of Business Economics in Banja Luka from 2004 to 2008. They then obtained additional certifications including the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching from ICagile in August 2018, and the Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in September 2012.
