Will Mullane

Will Mullane has a diverse work experience in various design roles. Will is currently a Senior Product Designer at Workhuman since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Travelport as a Senior Product Designer and a Lead Designer on the Atlas Design System, from July 2019 to December 2021 and from January 2019 to July 2020 respectively. Before Travelport, they were a Product Designer at Travelport Digital (formerly MTT) from January 2016 to July 2018. Will also worked as a UI Designer at Mobile Travel Technologies Ltd. (MTT) from October 2015 to January 2016, and at PADDYPOWER from October 2014 to October 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked at Xwerx as a UX/UI Designer from May 2013 to October 2014, and at RR Donnelley as a Web Designer from November 2012 to April 2013. Their first role after graduating was as a Graphic/Web Designer at RR Donnelley on the O2 account, where they worked from 2010 to 2012. Will began their career as a Graphic Design Intern at Thinkk Creative from July 2008 to March 2009.

Will Mullane has a diverse education history. In 1996 to 2001, they attended CBS Sexton St. Limerick and obtained their Leaving Cert. Afterwards, they pursued a BA Honours Degree in Design and Visual Communications from Limerick Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2010. More recently, in 2012 to 2013, they attended the National College of Ireland, where they completed a Higher Diploma in the Science of Web Technologies with a focus on web technologies, front and backend web development.

Additionally, Will Mullane has obtained several certifications. In January 2018, they received a certification in Human Computer Interaction - HCI from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF). Will further enhanced their skills with a membership certificate from the Interaction Design Foundation in May 2019. In September 2020, they completed a certification in UX Management: Strategy and Tactics, followed by a certification in User Research – Methods and Best Practices in November 2020, both from the Interaction Design Foundation. In December 2021, they obtained a certification in Interaction Design: Dashboards and Visualization from LinkedIn. Continuing their professional development, they obtained a certification in Information Visualization from The Interaction Design Foundation in February 2022. Their most recent certification, acquired in March 2023, is in Next Generation AI: An Intro to GPT-3 from LinkedIn.
