Hernán Mammana is the CTO and Co-Founder of Workia, where they employ a user-centered and data-driven approach to help organizations achieve strategic goals. With extensive experience in front-end projects, Hernán has a history of building and leading high-performance teams, notably at Mercado Libre, where they expanded a front-end team from 10 to 70 members across multiple countries. Their career began in 2005 as a freelance Front End Developer, and they have since held various roles in software engineering, academia, and product management. Hernán is currently pursuing further education in Management at Universidad de Palermo.
