Teja Jallepalli

Teja Jallepalli is a Lead Business Analyst at WorkIndia since August 2021, with prior experience as a Senior Business Analyst at Shuttl from July 2019 to July 2021. At Shuttl, Teja contributed to various key projects, including the development of a virtual queue management system for international products, implementation of machine learning models to enhance ETA accuracy and optimize occupancy of sold-out slots, and solutions to address customer fraud. Teja's early work involved refining user experience with walking distance estimations and troubleshooting GPS issues faced by drivers. Teja holds a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and completed high school at Bhashyam Junior College from June 2012 to April 2014.
