Anna Kolchina started their work experience as a Technical Support Engineer at Orange Business Services in 2012. Anna then worked as a Service Manager at Gazprom Telekom from 2015 to 2017, where they coordinated with clients, ensured compliance with SLAs, and supervised help desk activities. From 2017 to 2020, Anna worked as an Account Manager at Wiland. In 2021, they joined Arelion as a Customer Support Engineer, responsible for providing technical support and customer service for Telco clients. Currently, Anna is working as a Technical Support Engineer at Working Group Two, starting in 2022.
