Arsalan Suhail

Arsalan Suhail has a diverse and extensive work experience. Arsalan started their career at IBM as a Senior Managing Consultant in Strategy, where they worked for almost a decade. Arsalan then transitioned to the private equity industry, working as a PE Portfolio Operations professional at Graham Partners. Following this, they joined Starwood Capital Group as a Strategy Consultant. Arsalan later joined Easypak LLC as a Private Equity Value Creation specialist. Arsalan then became a Private Equity Associate at ANANIA & Associates Investment Company LLC. Arsalan then moved to TrueLearn, where they served as the Director of Operations and Business Development. Afterward, they joined LLR Partners as a Private Equity Operating Executive in their Growth Accelerator Program. Arsalan also worked as the General Manager of Corporate Development and Strategy at Caring.com. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Working Solutions. In addition, they have also served as a Startup Accelerator Mentor at LaunchCLT. Overall, Arsalan has proven their expertise in strategy, operations, M&A, and value creation, with a strong focus on private equity.

Arsalan Suhail holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management and Strategy from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Arsalan also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Bates College. Prior to their college education, Arsalan attended the High School for Environmental Studies, where they received an Advanced Regents Diploma with Highest Honors. Additionally, in 2003-2004, they participated in the Rigorous Summer Pre-college Academic Program for High School Students at Columbia University, focusing on Issues in Biological Conservation.

In terms of certifications, Arsalan has obtained several, including Business Ethics and Cybersecurity Awareness: Phishing and Whaling from LinkedIn in May 2021, and Preventing Harassment in the Workplace from LinkedIn in April 2021. Arsalan also earned the IBM Blockchain Essentials and The Weather Company - Strategy & Analytics certifications from IBM in January 2018, and they are a Corporate Service Corps Alum from IBM since May 2017. Lastly, Arsalan became an IBM Design Thinking Practitioner in June 2016.
