Nikesha Winfield has extensive experience in customer service and human resources positions, currently serving as a Human Resources Services Coordinator at UKG since January 2022. Simultaneously, Nikesha has been a Customer Service Representative for Working Solutions since March 2020, specializing in developing benefit packages for Federal families and addressing employee inquiries regarding coverage.
