Lakshmi Rajan

Lakshmi Rajan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in language training and community services. Currently serving as Senior Manager of LINC Services at the Working Women Community Centre since April 2022, Lakshmi has previously held multiple roles at the Agincourt Community Services Association from December 2011 to April 2022, including Language Training Coordinator and Citizenship & LINC Program Officer. Other notable positions include Local Immigration Partnership Worker at Catholic Crosscultural Services and Local Immigration Partnership Project Worker at YWCA Scarborough Village. Educational qualifications include an OCELT certification and ICTEAL from the TESL Association of Ontario, as well as a B.Sc in Computer Science from Ethiraj College for Women. Lakshmi continues to enhance professional development through ongoing studies with TESL Ontario.
