Alyssa Adam is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience at Workiva since August 2016, where roles have included Project Manager and Associate Project Manager, focusing on planning, monitoring, and documenting project progress. Previously serving as a Client Onboarding Specialist, Alyssa managed customer onboarding processes, coordinated internal implementation teams, and provided strategic guidance to ensure project success. Prior experience as a Customer Relations Specialist at Wilson Toyota involved enhancing customer interactions, managing accounts payable, and analyzing service-related data.
