Donna Hedrick

Donna Hedrick is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in candidate experience and employee support. Currently a retired individual since November 2022, Donna serves as a Candidate Experience Coordinator at Workiva since May 2021. Prior roles include Human Resources Specialist at Limelight Networks, where Donna was recognized as the main resource for HR inquiries, and Claims Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where responsibilities included training and claims resolution. Additionally, Donna served in the Training Department within Liberty Mutual Insurance, developing and delivering impactful training programs. Donna's career began in the United States Air Force with foundational training starting in February 1974. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Bellevue University.
