Fabricio Carlos de Souza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) sales and solutions. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Director at Workiva since March 2024, Fabricio has held various sales and management roles in prominent companies, including Archer Integrated Risk Management and Dell EMC. Expertise spans across several industries, with a focus on software management for risk and governance, customer relationship management, and the development and implementation of GRC practices. Previous positions include significant roles at IBM and Banco Votorantim, where responsibility included designing risk management systems, leading compliance training, and managing financial controls.
