Ian Craddock

Ian Craddock is an experienced product manager specializing in AI and machine learning, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Workiva since September 2024. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of Principal Product Manager for AI/ML at Blackbaud from March 2022 to September 2024 and was a Product Manager focusing on Conversational AI and Machine Learning at Capital One from April 2020 to March 2022.
