Joel Capperella

Joel Capperella is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and strategic go-to-market initiatives. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Workiva since January 2018, Joel is responsible for overseeing brand development, demand generation, and marketing funnel optimization. Prior to this role, Joel held various positions including Vice President of Product Marketing at Workiva, Principal at Capperella Strategies, and Vice President of Marketing at Yoh. Additionally, Joel has an academic background as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Saint Joseph's University. Joel's career began at Primavera, progressing through various roles at Oracle and SAP, building expertise in marketing strategy, product marketing, and business development.
