John Pillar

John Pillar is a seasoned software engineering professional with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Workiva since October 2012, John has a rich background that includes leadership roles such as Manager of Software Engineering at Delta Data Software. During tenure at Delta Data, John managed multiple engineering teams and acted as a development lead for significant applications. Prior experiences include notable contributions at UGS in software design for 3D visualization and research activities focused on 3D rendering at Iowa State University. John holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
