Jorge Paredes is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the Latin American market. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Director for LATAM at Workiva since June 2023, Jorge drives sales growth and oversees a dynamic sales team to achieve revenue targets. Prior roles include Sales Manager and Business Development Advisor at ISN, where Jorge focused on team leadership and strategic sales initiatives. With a background as Regional Director for Global Strategic Accounts at Shaw Industries, Jorge successfully managed international business growth and built strong relationships with key stakeholders.
