Kayleigh Sulima

Kayleigh Sulima is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various human resources roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Principal HR Business Partner at Workiva since October 2020, Kayleigh has held several leadership titles, including Director and Senior Manager of HR Business Partners, focusing on the Technology organization and functions such as Product and Solutions. Prior to Workiva, Kayleigh was a Staff HR Business Partner at Lime, responsible for Professional Services and Operations, and held managerial HR roles at The Marketing Store and Wunderman Thompson, where responsibilities spanned talent strategy, leadership development, and employee engagement. Earlier experience includes an HR / Benefits Associate role at the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago. Kayleigh holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Sociology from Elmhurst University.
