Kristen Bevans

Kristen Bevans is an experienced leader in engineering and technology with a robust background in agile transformation and team management. Since September 2021, Kristen has served as the Director of Engineering at Workiva, overseeing engineering teams focused on platform development for reports and productivity experiences, while also leading the company's largest employee resource group, achieving a membership growth of over 700 in less than a year. Prior to Workiva, Kristen held significant roles at IHS Markit, including Executive Director of Markit Digital, where leadership spanned multiple delivery teams and contributed to substantial annual revenue. Additional positions include Director of Cross Team Engineering at Markit, and various leadership roles at DigitalGlobe, and IBM, emphasizing quality assurance and agile methodologies. Kristen holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting degrees from New Mexico State University.
