Marcelo Mendes, PMP, CSM, currently serves as the Director of EXT Project Management at Workiva since August 2020, overseeing the Early Experience Team project management group. Previously held roles include Engagement Manager at Workiva, where responsibilities involved strategic partnership with C-suite executives at client firms, and Director of the Netsuite Project Management Office at Eide Bailly LLP, managing a portfolio of technology consulting projects with a focus on maintaining high billable utilization. Marcelo’s career also features leadership positions at TrueCloud and Blackboard, emphasizing project management and client relations, alongside experience in education as a high school science teacher. Marcelo holds a Master of Administration in Project Management from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor in Physics Education from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
