Oscar Pena is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Workiva since June 2024, Oscar previously held positions as a Senior Software Engineer at Sustain.Life and 4Sided from September 2022 to June 2024.
