Rick Maples

Rick Maples has extensive experience in software delivery management and product development, currently serving as Director of Delivery Management at Workiva since April 2013. In this role, Rick focuses on developing innovative collaborative solutions utilizing technologies such as Google AppEngine and Amazon EC2. Prior to Workiva, Rick worked at UPS for 15 years, where responsibilities included serving as Global Shared Services Manager, overseeing the consolidation of global finance and accounting sites, and managing financial reporting and contractual payments as Corporate Billing Management and Financial Reporting Specialist. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Finance and Accounting from William Penn University and is a Certified Scrum Master trained by Scrum Alliance.
