Sarah West

Sarah West has over 18 years of experience in customer success and program management, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at Workiva since July 2011. Prior roles at Workiva include Director, Senior Manager, Team Manager, and Customer Success Manager. Prior to Workiva, Sarah held the position of Program Manager at Sigler Companies from January 2007 to June 2011, and worked as a Marketing Account Coordinator at The Mudd Group from July 2005 to January 2007. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa in 2005.
