Kristina Mattecheck

Kristina Mattecheck has extensive experience in strategic alliance management and channel development. Kristina held the role of Director of Channels and Alliances at WorkJam from 2018-present. Previously, they served as a Strategic Alliance Manager at Kronos Incorporated from 2005 to 2018, where they managed relationships with major retail partners and led cross-functional teams. Prior to that, they were the Director of Marketing and Alliances at Tomax from 2003 to 2005, where they developed and managed partnerships with key industry leaders. Kristina also worked as a Strategic Business Development - Alliance Manager at Retek (Oracle) from 2000 to 2002, where they focused on driving channel sales and developing partner programs.

Kristina Mattecheck has completed a training program at Harvard University focusing on dealing with difficult people and difficult situations. Kristina has also completed a negotiation training program for senior executives at Harvard University. Prior to their programs at Harvard, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
