Robert Rheault

Robert Rheault has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Robert currently holds the position of Vice President of Product Development at WorkJam since June 2021. Previously, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Fresche Solutions from October 2019 to May 2021. In this role, they successfully drove strategic planning and execution, led a due diligence process, and facilitated the sale of the organization. Before that, they held the position of General Manager Services at Fresche Solutions from July 2018 to October 2019, where they focused on growth, successful projects, and profitability. Robert also held the role of Vice President of Professional and Application Services at Fresche Solutions from April 2017 to July 2018, where they transformed the business unit into a high-revenue entity with engaged resources and proactive customer approach. Robert Rheault also worked at IBM for 18 years, assuming various roles from technical lead to management positions within the outsourcing division.

Robert Rheault attended the Université du Québec à Montréal from 1993 to 1995. Robert also attended the University of Moncton from 1989 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification in 2011 through IBM education.
