Caitlin Rubinstein is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in children's publishing. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Children’s School & Library Sales and Marketing at Workman Publishing since November 2017, Caitlin devises and implements marketing strategies for juvenile titles while managing a national database of over 38,000 contacts. Prior to this role, Caitlin worked as Marketing Manager at Bonnier Publishing, where responsibilities included brand development, campaign management for 150 titles annually, and relationship cultivation with librarians and booksellers. Caitlin's earlier experience at Scholastic involved managing significant revenue-generating reading clubs and serving as an Usborne Acquisitions Liaison. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from SUNY Oneonta, Caitlin combines creative and strategic expertise to enhance children's literature outreach and sales.
