Francisco Giménez Plano

Francisco Giménez Plano is the Founder and CEO of Augere, an international consulting firm specializing in business and people transformation since January 2000. In addition to this role, Francisco co-founded and serves as a Board Member and Investor for Enerdealers and Growpath, and is a Board Member for BitsWorld. As a Board Advisor for WorkMeter, Francisco draws on extensive experience in culture and people analytics. Additionally, Francisco co-founded Building Communities, dedicates time as a Speaker at Thinking Heads, and has been a Guest Lecturer at UPC School. Past involvement includes serving as Learning Chair and Board Member for the Entrepreneurs' Organization and as a Professor of Leadership and Coaching at IE Business School. Francisco holds an Entrepreneurial Master Program degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has completed the Program for Management Development at IESE Business School.
