Samra Lakew

Samra Lakew is an experienced professional in technical program management and civic technology, currently serving as Director of Technical Program Management and Director of Civic Tech Products at WorkMoney since March 2023. Prior to this role, Samra was a Project Manager at Dimagi, overseeing the design and delivery of custom enterprise software for public health agencies and successfully launching a digital behavioral health platform. Samra's earlier experience includes a Graduate Research Assistant position at MIT's City Infrastructure Equity Lab, where various projects on public-private partnerships and urban planning were managed, and work as a Risk Analytics Consultant at Deloitte, focusing on risk management for major retailers and energy companies.
