Nir BenDavid has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Nir co-founded WorkNest Technologies in 2015, where they served as the CTO and co-founder. In this role, they provided offshore and onshore technological solutions to clients and managed a portfolio of tier 1 companies. In 2019, they co-founded Tensorleap and served as the CCO and co-founder. Nir focused on advancing neural network debugging tools and implemented unique techniques for model explainability and interpretability. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2016, they co-founded Ogmint and directed the development of an augmented reality experience, overseeing the design and implementation of proprietary AR technology. In addition, they gained experience in software engineering and project management at Monfort - Software Engineering Ltd. from 2010 to 2012. Before that, they worked as a research assistant at the Computer Graphics and Multimedia Lab at Technion's EE Faculty from 2007 to 2008. Nir also served in the Israeli Air Force from 2001 to 2004, where they established and managed the 3D-Graphics team and earned awards for excellence. Prior to that, they worked as a self-employed developer of personalized databases, a programmer and team leader at Scoop1, and a programmer, graphics designer, and 3D animator at K.L. Meital.
Nir BenDavid attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
