Prior to this, Lauren worked as a Customer Relations Administrator at Russell Taylor Group from January 2012 to April 2017, contributing to the company's focus on technical recruitment across sectors such as Oil, Gas, Energy, Power, Construction, and Engineering. Lauren attended Christleton High School from 2004 to 2011.
