Débora Godinho Soares

Débora Godinho Soares has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2001, they worked as an Assistente de Vendas at Refratek Ltda., where they were responsible for issuing invoices, sales, and customer service.

In 2006, Débora moved to Iacontrol Soluções Empresariais as a Gerente Comercial, overseeing commercial operations until 2009.

From 2009 to 2013, they worked as Chefe de Gabinete at Câmara de Vereadores de Joinville, managing the office and resolving public issues.

Débora then transitioned to the tech industry, joining ContaAzul in 2015 as a Customer Success Manager, providing support and consultancy on fiscal and financial management software.

In 2021, they became an Onboarding Analyst Senior at BeerOrCoffee, and later at WOBA & Mãe do Felipe e do Eduardo, until 2023.

Currently, Débora is the Head of Operations at WorknMates Brasil and also holds the role of Partnerships Manager. Throughout their career, Débora has gained extensive experience in customer service, operations management, and team leadership.

Débora Godinho Soares completed their education at the UniSociesc Centro Universitário from 2003 to 2006, where they pursued a field of study in Entrepreneurship. In 2019, they enrolled at Aupex Joinville and obtained a Licenciatura degree in English Literature, which they completed in 2020. In the future, in 2023, Débora is expected to attend Harvard Business School, although the specific degree and field of study are not provided.
