Frank Plum

Frank Plum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and leadership within the payroll and human resources industry. Currently serving as President of Workplace HCM Inc. since January 2017, Frank oversees the integration of technology and personal service to enhance workplace management processes. Prior to this role, Frank was an Equity Partner and VP of Sales at PayDay Payroll Resources Inc. from 2011 to 2017, contributing to the customization of payroll and benefit administration. Frank's earlier experience at Paychex included positions as District Sales Manager and Sales Consultant, where effective management of sales teams and achievement of revenue targets were key responsibilities. Frank began a career in sales at Marlin Capital Solutions as an OEG Sales Consultant. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Cabrini University.
