Megan Martin currently serves as the Director of Client Connection at Workplace Learning System, where responsibilities include identifying speaking engagements and government contracts, conducting research, and maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders. Previously, as a Belonging Innovation Laboratory Fellowship Partner at the Center for Inclusion and Belonging at the American Immigration Council, Megan co-wrote a successful grant proposal for inclusive community projects. Experience as a Staffing Manager at Randstad and various roles at Berea College and Eastern Kentucky University highlight expertise in admissions, recruitment, and student engagement. Megan holds a Master's degree in Student Personnel Services in Higher Education and dual Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Technology Management from Berea College.
