Bryan Rill

Bryan Rill, PhD, is the Head of Design & Research at Workplace Options, where responsibilities include overseeing the user experience of all digital products and managing product feedback. As the founder and principal of Rill Insights & Design, a product research and design agency, Bryan provides services in various areas including UX research and strategy. Previous experience encompasses roles as a lecturer at UC San Diego and NewSchool of Architecture & Design, teaching design and cognitive science courses. Other notable positions include senior CX researcher at ServiceNow and creative catalyst at Eliad Group, along with academic appointments as an assistant professor at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and visiting assistant professor at Florida State University. Bryan holds a Ph.D. in Cultural Anthropology from Florida State University, complemented by a Master's degree in Anthropology from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology with a focus on Japanese culture from the University of Florida.
