Crystal Munoz

Crystal Munoz is a clinical professional with extensive experience in psychological counseling and team leadership. Currently serving as Clinical Team Lead at Workplace Options since March 2023, Crystal manages team productivity and clinical quality while providing support and debriefing. As an EAP Clinical Counselor, Crystal offers telephone psychological support and crisis management, ensuring client confidentiality. In addition, Crystal has been a Clinical Psychologist at ifeel since July 2021 and CPCCM from January 2023 to November 2023, focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy for adults and providing clinical supervision. Previous roles include Training Coordinator and Clinical Psychologist at TOKAI RIKA MEXICO, where responsibilities encompassed employee training, development management, and psychological care. Crystal began the professional journey as a Clinical Psychologist at Nacional de Alimentos y Helados and Unidad de Servicios Psicológicos, after obtaining a degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in 2020.
