Lin Lin

Lin Lin's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as a Manager at Han Lin Xue Yuan Language Academy. Their responsibilities included leading and managing a team of teachers, preparing budgets, and designing class content.

In 2014, Lin Lin transitioned to a role as a Psychologist at Centro de día Luis Peidró, where they worked until 2015.

From 2014 to 2016, Lin Lin also held the position of Senior Sales, Trainer, and VM at Carolina Herrera, where they focused on sales, customer relationship maintenance, product training, and visual representation management.

In 2015, Lin Lin worked as a Psychologist at Centro de día Maria Wolff, conducting workshops to prevent cognitive impairment in the elderly with Alzheimer's disease.

In 2016, Lin Lin worked as a Psychologist at SAMUR Protección Civil, providing psychological intervention in emergency situations.

From 2017 to the present, Lin Lin has been employed at Workplace Options. They started as an EAP Clinical Counselor and provided telephonic counseling, crisis management, and referrals. They then served as the Service Operation Director for the China office, managing daily duties and leading clinical professionals. Lin Lin later became the Clinical Consultant, overseeing affiliate teams, managing clinical data, and reporting on KPIs. Currently, they hold the role of Global On-Call Providers Manager, managing teams and projects in different countries and assisting with affiliate recruitment and placement.

Lin Lin obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, graduating in 2021. Prior to that, Lin Lin completed a program in Intervention in emergency situations, earning an Expert degree in psychological intervention in situations of disaster, catastrophe, and crisis from the same university. Lin Lin also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology, which was obtained in 2015 from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
