Marta MacIolek

Marta Maciolek has a diverse work history spanning over a decade. Marta began their career as a Marketing Specialist at Zagiel Financial Services Plc in 2003, where they worked until 2006. During this time, they gained experience in marketing. In 2006, Marta joined the IPMA World Congress as a Sponsorship & Exhibition Manager for a year. Marta then moved on to become the Director and Project Manager at a Golf Club from 2006 to 2009. In 2008, they took on the role of Public Relations Manager at the Polish Project Management Association - XII Conference for a year. Marta then worked at Transsystem as a Public Relations Manager and later as a Project Manager from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they also started working as a Business Trainer and Consultant independently until 2013. Moving forward, Marta worked as a Lecturer of Ergonomics at the University of Rzeszow from 2011 to 2012. Marta then joined Workplace Options in 2014, initially as a Clinical Referral Specialist - Network Advantage Services, and later as a Global Promotional Products Specialist and Global Promotions Manager.

Marta Maciolek received their Master's Degree in Management & Marketing from Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza in the years 1998 to 2004. Marta also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Communication & Journalism, specializing in Public Relations, from the School of Business in Rzeszow from 2001 to 2003. In 1999 to 2000, Marta attended Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa, but the degree obtained and field of study are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Marta obtained a Professional Business Trainer certificate from MATRIK Poland in July 2011, a Prince2 Registered Practitioner certificate from APM Group UK in August 2010, an Art of Presentation - Train the Trainer workshop certificate from BDO Poland in May 2010, a Certified Project Management Associate IPMA Level D certificate from SPMP - CERT (IPMA Poland) in March 2009, and a Diploma for effectively creating the corporate image of Transsystem company from the Jury of World Class Polish Product, Minister of Economics Waldemar Pawlak, Polish Chamber of Exporters, Export Import Magazine in April 2008.
