Nikitha Chandra

Nikitha Chandra has a diverse work experience in various training and operational roles. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Representative Operations at Concentrix India until 2018. Following that, they worked as a Freelancer, specializing in soft skills training and English communication. In 2018, they also worked as a Process Trainer at an undisclosed company and as a Skills Trainer at TeamLease Services Limited. In 2023, Nikitha joined apna as a Lead Trainer and later moved to Workplace Options as a Learning Event Specialist.

Nikitha Chandra completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Business/Commerce, General from SBRR Mahajana First Grade College in Jayalakshmipuram. Nikitha attended the college from 2006 to 2009.
