Nisha J.

Nisha J. has had a diverse range of work experiences. Nisha started their career as an intern at the Department of Women and Child Development, where they worked with girls in a Children's Home and provided counseling services. Nisha then interned at MANASA Neuropsychiatric Hospital, where they gained theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of Neuropsychiatric Health. Nisha J. also worked as a freelancer, working as a Clinical Psychologist and providing assistance to a schizophrenic boy in improving their daily activities, mathematics skills, communication skills, and sketching skills. Nisha later joined UnitedHealth Group as a Clinical Team Lead, providing telephonic, face to face, chat, and e-mail counseling services to employees of client companies. Nisha'sresponsibilities included motivating employees to deliver high-quality services and fostering a positive team environment. Most recently, Nisha J. worked at Workplace Options, where they held various roles including Clinical Team Lead and Director of Service Delivery, WPO India. In these roles, they managed clinical teams, ensured service level agreements and production targets were met, coordinated office strategy, and collaborated with the Quality Team for trainings and team lead development. Currently, Nisha J. is serving as the Director of Business Continuity and Infrastructure at Workplace Options.

Nisha J. has a diverse and comprehensive education history. Nisha attended United Indian School from 1993 to 2007, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science. In 2007, they enrolled at Christ University in Bangalore and pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Economics, which they completed in 2010. Nisha's passion for psychology led their to further their studies at Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College. From 2010 to 2012, they completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Clinical Psychology. In order to enhance their counseling skills, they pursued a Diploma in Personal Counselling Skills at Banjara Academy from 2011 to 2012. Nisha's educational journey culminated with a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Educational Psychology from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College in 2013.
