Olga R.

Olga R. started their work experience in 2014 as a Helpline Consultant at the Odessa Regional Centre for Social Services for Family, Children and Youth. In this role, they used active listening and asked thought-provoking questions to help callers process emotions and situations. Olga also assisted callers in creating action plans.

From 2016 to 2022, Olga worked as a Private Consultant, providing psychotherapy services to clients. Olga focused on improving their sense of self-control, mental state regulation, communication skills, and emotional understanding.

Since 2022, Olga has been working as a Global Recruitment Specialist at Workplace Options. Olga'sresponsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruitment process for global providers, meeting monthly and weekly targets, networking with potential hires through professional social media groups, executing sourcing strategies, researching licensing and insurance requirements, providing onboarding support to providers, and managing EAP (Employee Assistance Program) cases.

Olga R. has a Master's degree in Psychology from the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University, which they obtained in 2019. Prior to their Master's degree, they also completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university in 2017.
