Sushmita Malagi

Sushmita Malagi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sushmita most recently worked at Workplace Options as a Talent Acquisition Specialist starting in October 2022. Prior to that, Sushmita held the role of HR-Senior Recruiter at Worktual from November 2021 to September 2022. Sushmita also worked at Amazon as an Associate from June 2020 to October 2021. Sushmita co-founded Linkup in December 2017 and served as the Human Resources and Administration Manager until January 2019. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Administrator and a Human Resources Intern at Deshpande Foundation from September 2016 to December 2017. Sushmita's early career included an internship at TRIYA SOLUTION in 2015, where they gained experience in various HR activities, including analyzing organizational structure and evaluating service quality.

Sushmita Malagi's education history begins in 2005, when they attended Lions English Medium School in Haveri for their schooling. Sushmita then went on to Chetan Pre University in Hubli from 2009 to 2011, where they completed their pre-university education. In 2011, Sushmita enrolled in Hubli Jobs and pursued a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree, specializing in Computer Science, until 2014. After that, they attended B V B College of Engineering & Technology in Hubli from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
