Jessica Amorim

Jessica Amorim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in vocational rehabilitation and career development. Currently serving as a Return to Work Specialist at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) since April 2025, Jessica previously held roles such as Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant and Employment Coach at Agilec from October 2021 to April 2025. While at Western University, Jessica was a Career Development Advisor, focusing on enhancing students' professional skills through workshops and individualized support. Jessica's career began at Manulife, where roles included Process Design Analyst, Customer Service Representative, and Dental Claims Adjudicator from May 1995 to March 2019, demonstrating strong capabilities in process improvement and customer service. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Waterloo and completed additional education at Conestoga College.
