Stephanie Brock is a seasoned culinary and operations professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at Workplace Solutions since May 2022, Brock previously held the role of Operations Manager at Art + Artisans Consulting from February 2018 to May 2022. Before that, Brock was a Chef/Manager at Pappas Bros Steakhouse for six years and served as a Sous Chef at Borgo Pignano in 2013. An entrepreneur at heart, Brock founded the Hit and Run Food Truck, embracing the challenges of the food truck industry. Additionally, Brock gained experience in sales and marketing as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Millbrook Vineyards and Winery. Educationally, Brock holds a degree in Culinary Arts Management from The Culinary Institute of America (2007-2011) and attended the Glassell School of Fine Arts in 2018. An advocate for farm-to-table dining, Brock values connections within the culinary community.
