Courtney Makowski

Courtney Makowski is currently an Account Manager at Workpointe. Courtney has previously worked as an Inside Sales Specialist at KI from February 2020 to October 2021, where they were responsible for growing the Southern California territory through meeting call goals and relationship building. Courtney also consulted with customers and made furniture recommendations based on need, and showcased the design, life, and functionality of KI furniture. Additionally, they organized budgetary quotes for customers and dealers while navigating contracts, drawing comparisons, and lead times.

Before working at KI, Courtney was a Sales Account Manager at Salelytics from April 2019 to January 2020. In this role, they led presentations for clinical understanding of antibodies to inside sales team, and educated hospital-based customers on 4 brands via approved marketing messaging. Courtney also resolved customer concerns regarding acquisition issues for IVIg with their respective distributors.

Courtney has also worked as a Fuel Bar Attendant and Cryotherapy technician at Western Racquet & Fitness Club from July 2018 to April 2019, and as a Student Athletic Training Assistant at St. Norbert College from April 2015 to December 2017.

Courtney Makowski has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from St. Norbert College and a minor in Biology. Courtney also has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Canterbury.
