Natalie Kausen (Sollock) has a diverse work experience, having held roles in various industries since 2009. Natalie began their career as a Certified Trainer at Olive Garden in 2009, and then moved on to become a Dog Trainer & Marketing Specialist at Beckman's Dog Training in 2014. In the same year, they took on the role of Lead Sales Associate at We Olive, followed by Training & Development Manager, and then Franchise Operations Manager. In 2019, Natalie joined Platform Science as a Training Manager and Training Documentation Specialist. In 2018, they co-founded Don't Trash PB.
