Trey Valbuena

Trey Valbuena is the current Director of Sales, Majors at WorkRamp. Prior to this, they were an Account Executive at Helpshift from April 2015 to June 2019. In this role, they provided customer support for web and mobile apps using messaging tools. Trey also helped to increase customer satisfaction and lower operational costs by utilizing chat bots and AI engine.

Prior to Helpshift, Trey was an Corporate Account Executive at ClearSlide from May 2014 to April 2015. In this role, they provided enterprise sales professionals with communication tools to help them close more business deals.

Before their time at ClearSlide, Trey was an Account Executive at Aerotek from April 2012 to May 2014.

Trey Valbuena obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UC Santa Barbara.
