Julio Pena, BASc.Eng, MBA, is an experienced operations management professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and production across several companies. Currently serving as Operations Plant Manager at Workrite Ergonomics since July 2016, Julio has previously held roles such as Operations Manager at NUCAP Industries, where responsibilities included overseeing production, supply chain, and implementing an ERP inventory system. Earlier experience includes positions as Manufacturing Supervisor at Rochester Aluminum Smelting Company and Director of Operations at Floors and Roofs Torginol, among others. Julio's educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Business Management from APEC University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Dominican University O & M.
