Make AI work in your business.

Works is an AI implementation consultancy for Australian companies between $2M and $50M in revenue. We embed senior operators inside your business, install the Works Brain, and ship the workflows that actually run your day-to-day.

Most companies know AI is going to reshape their business but have no idea how to get started at a strategic level. They've bought tools, sent the team to a webinar, written a memo, and nothing's actually running. We fix that by figuring out what to build for your specific business, in what order, then shipping it.

How we work — four phases:

01 / Audit — Two weeks. Interviews across your business. Process maps, architecture diagrams, and a priority stack ranked by ROI. A real audit, not a 45-minute sales pitch.

02 / Embed — A 90-day sprint with a forward-deployed engineer inside your business. Installs the Works Brain (shared knowledge layer feeding every agent), trains your team, ships 6-10 production workflows. Fortnightly visibility on what's coming, shipping, and queued.

03 / Build — Custom multi-agent infrastructure. Autonomous workflows. Deep integrations into your CRM, ops stack, and data. Delivered on OpenClaw so you own the system, not us.

04 / Optimize — Ongoing maintenance, model upgrades, and new agents as your needs evolve. The Works Brain compounds. Every month, the system gets sharper.

The unit is shipped infrastructure, not effort. If a workflow doesn't run in your stack, the ticket isn't done. You see what you're paying for, what gets shipped, and what's queued. You don't pay for hours nobody can verify.

The alternative is hiring a full-time Head of AI you can't find. Works is embedded, senior operators, delivered in 90 days.
