Michelle Ridge

Michelle Ridge is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in brokerage management. Currently serving as the Principal Reviewing Broker at Works Real Estate since May 2021 and as the Managing Broker for Chase International in Las Vegas since November 2019, Michelle is dedicated to fostering a positive culture and collaboration among agents. Prior to these roles, Michelle held various positions at Carrington Real Estate Services from June 2009 to October 2019, including RVP West and AVP Territory Manager, where responsibilities included serving as the Broker of Record for California. Michelle also served as RVP Northwest at Vylla from June 2009 to July 2019. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Education from Chapman University and a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Management from Fresno State University.
