Tomy Wijaya

Tomy Wijaya is the co-founder and CTO of Works, an AI-driven Web3 work platform that matches businesses with skilled freelancers in software engineering, UI/UX design, product and project management. Tomy joined Works in July 2019 and is responsible for using Artificial Intelligence to facilitate remote and on-demand hiring. Prior to Works, Tomy worked as a software engineering lead at Plexure Pte Ltd from January 2018 to June 2019. From August 2013 to December 2017, they served as a senior system analyst at GIC. Tomy began their career as a software consultant at Avanade in November 2007 and worked there until July 2013.

Tomy Wijaya earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from Universitas Sumatera Utara. Tomy also holds several additional certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from IIBA, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance.
