George Pava

George Pava is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development, system integration, and DevOps architecture. Currently serving as the Manager and DevOps Lead Architect at WorkSafeBC since February 2016, George has successfully led the Enterprise DevOps (EDO) Architecture group and managed the Claims Management System, the organization's largest IT system. Prior to this role, George held various positions, including Director of ISD at TuGo, where leadership was provided for a Large Scale Enterprise IS System, and Development Manager at SAP Business Objects, championing Agile methodologies. Additional experience includes software engineering roles at Epic Data and Unitec Canada Ltd., as well as a teaching position at Politehnica University of Timisoara. George holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Universitatea Politehnica din Timişoara.
