Pamela MacDonald

Manager, Client Services at WorkSafeBC

Pamela MacDonald is an experienced professional in client services, human rights, and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Client Services and Manager of Practice & Quality Support Services at WorkSafeBC since April 2023, Pamela has a long tenure at BC Public Service from August 1993 to April 2023, where roles included Program Manager for the Workers' Advisers Office and Acting Executive Director. Pamela's diverse background includes work as an IT Contractor with Dynamic Solutions Inc. since January 2000, focusing on project management, business analysis, and content optimization. Previous roles also include Human Rights Advisor at the BC Human Rights Commission and Labour Relations Investigator at Okanagan College, where Pamela developed expertise in human rights, equity, and workplace conflict resolution. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the University of Victoria and additional training from the Justice Institute of BC.
